Grief is universal. We all experience it at some point. The ability to process grief is an emotional experience that some of us feel unable to participate in. Whether we have denied its presence or been unable to understand how it functions in our life, it does not leave us. Julia will share her story of how grief manifests in her life and how she has been growing through grief after the death of her oldest son, Julian in 2017.
She will also share from her latest book, Survivor’s Guilt, a collection of poetry and essays about her experience with grief.
A book signing will follow her presentation.
